Double Decks for Acme Screw Machines

Double Decks are a great solution for the best in rigidity and repeatability. Very effective with datum point tooling to eliminate setup problems. Double Decks are machined from a solid block of steel and are precision machined in our state-of-the-art CNC facility.

Available for most machines for: Circular, Dovetail and Flat Forming operations.

Note that we regularly customize configurations to meet special needs. Turnaround time on specials is usually under 2 weeks.
